What’s this I see, is it a tree
Or a man, stares back at me?
Beneath the leaves, I see a face
But it’s no thing of human race
Leaves for hair, a trunk for thighs
Tendrils round it’s mocking eyes
Then in a blink, it’s gone again
And I am left to doubt I’m sane!
